The Zoning Department Summary
The Zoning Department administers several Township ordinances – primarily the Zoning, Short Term Rental, Nuisance, and Private Road Ordinances. This office issues permits, assists in the drafting of Township plans and ordinances, and staffs both the Planning Commission and the Zoning Board of Appeals. The Ordinance Enforcement Officer helps to enforce all Township ordinances.
